Consultation

In advance of your appointment date you will be asked to fill in a form summarising your personal health details and your family medical history.

At your appointment a full confidential case history will be taken including any emotional characteristics. I need a full understanding of who you are and how you live in the world, alongside any physical symptoms, in order to work out a specific remedy for you.The initial consultation can take up to 2 hours.

I normally work 3 flexible days a week  9am to 3pm.  Appointments  outside of these hours  may be available by prior arrangement.

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason cancellation is less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged unless the  circumstances are exceptional. You may also enquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend in person .

Some time will be needed to work on your case after the consultation and before prescribing for you. Follow up appointments are usually 4-6 weeks later and generally last for around 45 minutes.

After taking the remedy it is helpful if you can make a note of any changes in the way that you feel. The aim is for you to feel a gradual improvement in energy and relief of symptoms. This can be almost immediate in some or may take longer in others, largely depending on how long your symptoms have been present.
